As of 2021, the most attractive investment out there is certainly stocks. Ever since the outbreak of Covid-19 in March 2020, stocks become the most preferred investment. You don’t need to leave home to invest. All you need it just an internet connection. Does it mean other investment is dead? Now, let’s look into the differences between rental property vs stocks. If you ask me, I’m very tempting to say that stocks is really a good investment.

Is Property An Alternative Investment?

The answer is Yes. Property is an alternative investment. There are many types of investment out there. Alternative investments are those financial asset that does not fall into one of the conventional equity/income/cash categories. I looked up the phrase for alternative investments on the internet and found the closest definition is from Investopedia. Alternative investments is a financial asset that does not fall into one of the conventional investment categories. Conventional categories include stocks, bonds, and cash.

Cyberjaya: Something You Should Know About

Often when people tell me about new project launches in Cyberjaya, my replied is always skeptical particularly on Cyberjaya property…. “it’s so far away, it’s very quiet and there’s nothing much in that area etc” Until recently, I visited a friend of mine (residing in Cyberjaya) whom changed my mind and view on Cyberjaya. Pay a visit there someday and trust me you will love it too, more of a relax lifestyle living compared to hectic city life.
